Delivery and Returns

Local Delivery (For Hong Kong only)

Customers can choose door to door delivery or self-pick up at S.F. Express Service Centers.


1. Delivery Charges

  • Free of charge for purchase of HK$300 or above, while a flat delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged for purchase below HK$300.
  • Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you shortly about delivery arrangement.
  • Free delivery service is applicable to order of HK$300 or above after discount or coupon is used.
  • Coupon is not applicable to the delivery fee.
  • For any goods return, the delivery fee of original order is non-refundable.

2. The Delivery Lead Time for an Order

Normally the deliveries will be happened within 5-7 days upon receipt of your order (see table below), the delivery arrangement maybe varied depending on the stock of the products.

Delivery will be happened within 5-7 days upon receipt of order.

Monday to Friday, after 3pm

Delivery will be happened within 5-7 days after receipt of order (counting from next working day of order receipt).

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday

Delivery will be happened within 5-7 days after receipt of order (counting from next working day of order receipt).

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is normally taken place from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 6pm (Delivery time of different couriers may be varied).

4. Delivery Area

We try our best to deliver all across Hong Kong but we are not able to deliver the goods to a limited number of restricted and out-lying locations as below:

  • Outlying Island (except Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island)
  • Closed Area
  • Lo Wu
  • Lok Ma Chau
  • Mai Po
  • Man Kam To
  • Sha Tau Kok
  • Ta Kwu Ling

5. Sign For Parcel

Customers need to sign for the parcel. However, you may nominate to have the parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your porch). We recommend voluntary insurance on any items that are to be left unattended. If customers are not at home when parcel arrives, our service provider will try to contact you by phone, or re-attempt a delivery of your parcel at another time. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time. Please feel free to contact us at sales@genesislabs.cc to check the status of your parcel if you have not received it after 7-14 days.


1. Pickup notification

We could arrange to get the parcel delivered to customers' designated S.F. Express Service Centers for self-pickup. Receiver will receive SMS or phone notification once the parcel is delivered to the service centers. Receiver has to pick up the parcels at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. Customers have to call S.F. Express Customer Service Hotline to rearrange pickup for overdue parcels.

International Delivery (For Overseas)

  • Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm with you the exact cost, delivery and payment arrangement by email.


Customs Regulation, taxes or duties:

  • When ordering from Genesis Labs Ltd, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Genesis Labs Limited has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
  • If the parcel is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to Genesis Labs Limited , you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.
