Genesis Labs Limited ("Genesis Labs"), was set up in 2007 as a subsidiary of the Gerolymatos Group and Profex Inc., both companies have been doing significant business in South East Asia for years. The main role of Genesis Labs was to take over the existing business of the mother companies and developed the new business in this area. By end of 2013, Genesis Labs has completed the task of phrase one with building a solid distribution network covering most Asian countries.
In early 2014, Genesis Labs has started its phrase two development. Strategically, it has undergone an internal restructuring. With retaining company ownership by ultimate shareholders, Genesis Labs has been divested from Gerolymatos Group and Profex Inc.. The autonomous legal status of Genesis Labs allows the company with flexibility on strategic expansion. The new structure, with full support from shareholders, has entered a new era with shifting its focus from distributor management to a brand building company.
